As a service related company, we feel that having options to choose from gives us an opportunity to meet the individual needs of each client. Below is a summary of the services and the plans available for our clients:

Base Plan: 10% of gross collected income

Services to be included are as follows:

• Collection of rents and deposits
• Initial inspection of unit for baseline information
• Monthly accounting statements and disbursements to client
• Management of maintenance requests for property
• Monthly documented site visit to property
• Advertising, showing and leasing of clients units
• Coordination with government offices and inspections
• Management of security deposit funds through trust accounts
• Credit/background checks for each lease applicant
• Manage legal process for owner if action is required
• Proper submission for unit rent increases

Upgraded Plan: 12% of gross collected income

Services to be included are as follows:

• All items inclusive to base plan
• Documented quarterly detailed inspection report to include the interior and exterior of home
• Enrolled in Air Filter Maintenance Program
• Enrolled in Smoke Detector Maintenance Program
